About Us
Since 2007, Embrace Treatment Foster Care has been working with families and local Departments of Social Services throughout Virginia to provide safe families for children in foster care. Embrace TFC staff are here to support children in foster care and foster families, and ensure they have the resources they need to thrive. Embrace TFC strives to ensure all members involved in the child’s life are supported and are receiving the resources they need to be successful.
Experienced trainers
Embrace TFC uses the Pressley Ridge pre-service training model, the only evidence-based training designed specifically for Treatment Foster Parents. In addition, our staff is fully trained in Together Facing the Challenge, an evidence-based model that allows us to provide ongoing coaching to foster parents and families.

Our Partner, ncgCARE
Embrace Treatment Foster Care was created from National Counseling Group Treatment Foster Care in 2015 and is owned by ncgCARE. Through our network of providers, ncgCARE is leading the way to excellence in behavioral healthcare. We provide the foundation for our provider partners to succeed through innovation, service excellence, best practice development, and a strong commitment to our employees.
